I have recently bought and installed Office 2010. Being used to OE for the last 6 years this is very different. In OE I had created templates so that when I needed to reply the same details to various people on different occasions, I would reply via the template and just copy/paste their e.mail address. Have noticed that Outlook doesn't have this feature to create templates unless I am missing something. My question is, does anybody know if it is a feature in Outlook 2010 and if not, is there a download or a way to create templates and add it to the outlook toolbar? It is a new laptop with Windows 7.
